All HIDEXTREME high quality Xenon HID Headlight Conversion kits include a one year limited warranty against manufacturer defects. This warranty includes the HID Xenon Bulbs, Ballast and accessories within the kit. Visit our Returns and Refunds section for details on how to begin the return process. Once HIDEXTREME or one of its authorized resellers has inspected the product and determined it to be defective and non-repairable, a new product will be replaced at no additional charge.
This limited warranty will be void if HIDEXTREME or an authorized reseller determines the damage or failure is due to one of or including the following conditions include but not limited to: Abuse, Neglect, Improper Installation, Uses other than the Intended Use or Application, Accidents or Natural Disasters. Other exclusions to this warranty is Water Damage, Fire, Alteration, Modification, Dropping or any other impact to the kit components. Any modification to the kit components will void any and all warranties.
If the returned product is found to be defective the replacement item(s) will be sent back to the original purchaser and HIDEXTREME will pay the freight charges to get the replacement components to the original purchaser of the kit. The consumer will be responsible for any freight charges incurred for returning a defect kit or component.
